    Before you visit

    Do I need grip socks?

    Yes, everyone needs grip socks for every class. If you forget yours, you can buy a pair at the studio.

    I’m new. When should I arrive?

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can give you a quick equipment orientation before class.

    Can I use my membership at both studios?

    Yes. Memberships and class packs are valid at both Didsbury and Chorlton, so you can book whichever studio suits you.
