TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING PXY REFORMER PILATES CLASSES

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in reformer Pilates classes offered by PXY Reformer Pilates Limited. By booking or attending a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Definitions
    • “PXY” means PXY Reformer Pilates Limited, including its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents.
    • “Class” means any reformer Pilates class provided by the Company, either in-person or online.
  2. General Attendance Requirements
    • You must be aged 16 years or older to attend Classes unless prior written permission has been obtained from PXY for someone under 16 to attend accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate. You must not use equipment or perform exercises beyond your ability or comfort level.
    • You must follow all instructions and guidance given by the instructors and use equipment as directed by the instructors. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the Class.
  1. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
    • You must be booked in advance via the Mindbody booking system. You are required to download the Mindbody application and register to be able to book reformer Pilates Classes at PXY.
    • You may cancel bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled Class will be charged in full.
    • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a credit.
    • Refunds are provided for bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not provided for missed or late-cancelled Classes.
  2. Code of Conduct
    • You must arrive on time for Classes. Late arrivals will be denied entry to avoid disruption of the Class
    • You are required to respect instructors, other clients and the studio environment. Any abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in:
      • you being asked to leave the Class; and
      • the suspension or termination of your participation at PXY without refund.
    • Proper workout attire must be worn, including non-slip socks.
    • Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent during Classes.
  3. Liability
    • Participation in PXY reformer Pilates Classes is at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your fitness levels and consulting a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your ability to participate.
    • To the maximum extent permitted under English and Welsh law, PXY shall not be liable for
      • any injury or harm resulting from participation in the Classes or attending the studio;
      • loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from participation in the Classes or attending the studio; and
      • any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
    • By participating in the Classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise, including but not limited to injuries, strains, or accidents, and waive your right to pursue legal action against PXY for any such occurrences.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PXY from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Classes.
    • These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English and Welsh law.
  4. Privacy and Data Protection
    • The Company processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Company’s website.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • Any materials, videos, or written content created by or provided by PXY remain its property and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without PXY’s prior written consent.
  6. Force Majeure
    • PXY shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.
  7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately.
  8. No Waiver
    • A failure or delay in exercising a right or remedy under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions by PXY will not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or prevent any future action by

    • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  10. Entire Agreement
    • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PXY concerning the provision of Classes and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
  11. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking or attending a PXY reformer Pilates Class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
